Refund and Exchange Policy

At JODI MINI, we are committed to providing high-quality kids' clothing and a satisfying shopping experience for our customers. Please read our refund and exchange policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions of this service.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are allowed within 3 days from the date of receiving the order.

  • The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and labels attached.

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the reason for the return is due to an error by the company.

  • The company will cover shipping costs only in cases where the product received is incorrect (e.g., wrong item shipped or incorrect order details).

Important Note: In case of any damage or missing items, the customer must report it within 24 hours of receiving the order. After this period, the company holds no responsibility for any issues.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

    • Be in its original condition

    • Be unworn and unwashed

    • Have all original tags and labels attached

Exchange Process:

  • The courier will first collect the item to be exchanged and verify its condition.

  • Once confirmed, the replacement item will be shipped to the customer.

  • A deposit covering at least the shipping cost must be paid in advance to confirm the exchange process.

Shipping Costs:

  • If the exchange is due to the customer’s preference (e.g., size or color change), the customer bears all shipping costs (pickup and delivery).

  • If the exchange is due to a company error (wrong item or product defect), JODI MINI covers the full shipping cost.

Deposit Refund Policy

  • If a deposit was paid for a custom or special order and the item becomes unavailable, the deposit will be fully refunded.

  • If the customer cancels the order after confirmation, the deposit will not be refunded.
